On 3/24/16, Netflix acknowledged that they throttle video streams for customers on the Verizon and AT&T mobile networks. This is not a Net Neutrality violation, even though many Netflix rivals made that accusation. However, user backlash shows that Netflix should have been more transparent with it’s throttling practices.
